A popular plant-based butter has been recalled in ten states for E. coli, yeast and mold, announced by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Miyoko’s Creamery European Style Salted Plant Milk Butter was recalled by its manufacturer, Prosperity Organic Foods, Inc. The organic butter is made from cashew milk and plant oils.
