Cory Wharton’s Daughter Maya Faces Another Heart Procedure: The Battle Continues

Teen Mom star Cory Wharton’s 4-year-old daughter has undergone a second heart procedure.

“6 CATH lab procedures ��. 2 Open-heart surgeries ��. And a battle that never really ends,” Wharton, 35, wrote via Instagram on Friday, October 23, alongside photos of Maya in the hospital.

“Yesterday, Maya went through another heart procedure, and I’m just so thankful that everything went well,” the reality star continued. “The doctors were able to coil off a lot of her collateral blood vessels, and we’re praying that this helps improve her oxygen levels.”
