Brandi Glanville's Shocking Surgery: What Is Eating Her Face?

Brandi Glanville is going under the knife in hopes of getting to the bottom of her mysterious facial disfigurement.

"Something is in my face, eating it. I know they're going to find that out when they go in there," the RHOBH alum, 53, told listeners on the Thursday, October 8, episode of her "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered" podcast. "I've scheduled exploratory surgery in a couple weeks. I have two appointments this week. I am so excited. These past four years, I didn't think I was going to make it."

Glanville initially suspected she may have a facial parasite when she first exhibited signs of disfigurement in 2023. More recently, she was diagnosed with a "highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis and Mononucleosis” after spending more than $113,000 on treatment options.
