Just two months before the tragic death of her son, aged just 27, supermodel Cindy Crawford shared a tear-jerking message wishing her “little boy” a happy birthday. On Sunday, September 20, Presley Gerber, who had battled addiction for years, passed away at an unknown rehab centre. Cindy called her late son her "little boy" In July, his A-list mom, Cindy, shared a sweet birthday message with pictures of her only son when he was much younger.

The caption read: “Happy birthday I’m so proud of the man you’ve become, but I’ll always see you as my little boy! Love you. ” Presley Gerber died at age 27.
